POLSON - A Livingston judge will rule by early October on a lawsuit brought by some Polson residents trying to stop construction of a Wal-Mart Super Store here.
During a brief hearing Friday morning at the Lake County Courthouse, Nels Swandal told attorneys for both Wal-Mart and Lake County First, the residents' group, to prepare and submit proposed orders by Sept. 4.
The judge said he will make a decision within 30 days after that, presumably signing one of the orders, or issuing his own.[...]
